Epic Residences & Hotel Miami Epic New Construction
Epic Residences & Hotel Miami will be located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Epic Residences & Hotel in Miami will be a collaboration of two well known developers --- Ugo Colombo (CMC Group)and Diego Lowenstein (Lionstone Development). Epic Residences & Hotel Miami will be built on the site that once housed The DuPont Plaza Hotel, a prime downtown spot where the Miami River flows into Biscayne Bay. Residences at Epic Residences & Hotel Miami will range in size from 1,040 square feet to 7,840 square feet. There are two towers planned. The first tower will have 342 units and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2008. The second tower is going to have nearly 600 units and is still in the planning stages. Epic's Hotel will house 414 rooms and will be managed by Kimpton Hotels.
