St. Regis Resort & Residences will be a 26-story, three-tower complex constructed in prestigious Bal Harbour, Florida, just north of Miami Beach. Currently on the site is the Sheraton Bal Harbour. Plans are to close the hotel in June 2006, raze the building, and begin construction on the new St. Regis by the end of 2007.
