The Beach House / New Construction
The Beach House

Media Mogul Gustavo Cisneros Introduces Pritzker prize winning architect Richard Meier's First Residential Development in Miami, Beach House.
Richard Meier presented his first residential project in Miami, Beach House, to seventy of the America's most prominent business, political and media leaders. He was introduced at the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami, by media mogul Gustavo Cisneros, as he made his debut in the South Florida marketplace.
Beach House is an oceanfront property that boasts an unparalleled 200 plus linear feet of beach front, with unobstructed, sweeping views of the ocean and of a private landscaped beach garden of lush palm groves and tropical plants. The glass building will contain 101 residences with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom configurations with smart home technology including wireless access and an integrated control system for home appliances and electronics.
Each residence at the Beach House is designed to feel like a penthouse with floor to ceiling custom glass windows and generous terraces offering panoramic views. A full array of luxury amenities will be offered, including two pools, (an Ocean Pool and a rooftop Sky Pool), a private Beach Club with cabanas and lounging areas, a state-of-the-art Health Club, a Wine and Cigar Lounge, and a Spa with sauna, steam and treatment rooms.
When asked his opinion on how Beach House will inspire future architecture in Miami, Richard Meier offered the following, Beach House will undoubtedly influence the new architecture which is being planned along the city's oceanfront. The glass walls create an open interior space filled with natural light. The transparency of the oceanfront complex transcends spatial boundaries.
Rodrigo Nino said, The Beach House, Richard Meier's first project in Miami, will raise the bar in the South Florida real estate market. Dean Isenberg is privileged to represent such a prestigious development.
The Developers, Jorge Brugo and Ian Ludmir, from Lynx Strategic Development, a Miami-based sister company to Prodigy, sought out Meier to be the Architect for this project as his work exemplifies their core business strategy, innovation and quality.
